Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Atlanta, GA. This position is responsible for managing accounts payable functions across multiple entities, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Concur Expense and Concur Invoice, and be familiar with multi-entity AP processes, including sales and use tax reporting and remittance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using Concur Invoice
Audit and process employee expense reports through Concur Expense
Manage AP functions across multiple entities, ensuring proper coding and intercompany allocations
Prepare and remit sales and use tax filings for various jurisdictions and entities
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist in month-end close processes
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
Generate reports and assist with audits as needed
Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with company policies
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
2+ years of experience using Concur Expense AND Concur Invoice
Demonstrated experience with multi-entity accounts payable processes, including sales and use tax reporting and remittance
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is strongly preferred; experience with a similar ERP system is acceptable
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of general accounting principles
Experience working in a shared services or centralized AP environment
